Returns: You may return your dress within 3 days from the date of delivery. The delivery date is based on the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier. The dress must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all tags and original packaging intact.

Return ProcessRequest a Return: To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team at support@solstyle.com.au or via our contact form within 3 days of receiving your item.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange request.

RefundsOnce your return is approved, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

ExchangesWe are happy to offer exchanges for a different size, color, or style (subject to availability).Exchanges are subject to availability in stock. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund.

Defective or Damaged ItemsIf you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable ItemsNon-Refundable ItemsItems that have been worn, damaged, stained, or altered are not eligible for a refund.Products returned without original tags or packaging will not be accepted.
